The British government is accelerating its push for greener air travel by awarding approximately £181,000 to a select group of tech innovators, including Avioxx, Clean Planet Technologies, Green Lizard Technologies, and Zero Petroleum. Distributed via the UK Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) Clearing House, this financial boost is designed to navigate the complexities of fuel certification and testing.
This government investment is aimed at driving more sustainable aviation fuel production with faster market access. By acting as a central hub for technical expertise and industrial collaboration, the Clearing House aims to solidify the United Kingdom’s position as a global pioneer in the transition toward carbon-neutral flying.
